Our Quality Standards.

Quality Standards.

We make no compromises when it comes to the quality of our products. We make sure that we use the best quality of raw materials available from well known sources for the manufacturing process. Our products go through a series of rigorous checks and tests like Dimensional Check; Hardness Check; Twist, load, and permanent Set Tests; Segregation; and the final checking before they are finally dispatched.

Our Spring Washers are made out of the best quality spring steel (EN-42 Series) according to IS: 3063 and are produced with an automatic machine with close tolerance. They are very durable and have perfect bolt tension per unit of applied torque for tight assemblies and protection against looseness which results from constant vibration, corrosion, or fatigue. We also use high carbon springs and wires to manufacture our range of fasteners.

We offer customization service of our products according to the demands and specifications of our valuable customers. We also make it a point that the packaging process is carried out properly before the consignments are finally dispatched and sent off for delivery.

Effluent Treatment Plant

Effluent treatment plant, also known as ETP is a waste water treatment process (WWTP) that is used to treat waste water.

It's mostly used in industries like pharmaceuticals, textiles, and chemicals where extreme water contamination is a possibility.

Effluent Treatment Plant plays a significant role in the treatment of industrial waste water as well as domestic sewage. Organic matter, inorganic matter, heavy metals, oil & grease, suspended particles, and other contaminants are treated in the wastewater treatment process of an ETP plant.

Chemical treatment, biological treatment, a combination of chemical and biological treatment, and thermal treatment are the several types of wastewater treatment plants.
